1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Prices may vary based on exchange rates, availability, and seasonal fluctuations.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- To initiate a cancellation, the primary passenger must notify Holiday Somewhere via email at info@holidaysomewhere.com.
- Within 1 week of the departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies.
- For cancellations made before 1 week, a fee of AED 800 per person will be charged, subject to airline policies.
- Date Change Fee: AED 500 per person (only applicable if requested at least 1 week before departure).
- Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 21 working days to process. • Administrative and service charges may apply.
3. Travel Documents
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid for the trip.
- Holiday Somewhere provides assistance with visa applications where applicable, but cannot guarantee approval.
4. Liability
- Holiday Somewhere acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and service
providers. - We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties or
factors beyond our control.
5. Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international bookings.
- Some packages may include basic travel insurance — please check your
itinerary details.
6. Use of Website
- By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content or attempt
unauthorized access or transactions.
7. Name Change Amendments
- Please provide full and correct names as per passport at the time of booking.
- Airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets.
- Holiday Somewhere is not responsible for any penalties due to name discrepancies.
- It is recommended to submit a passport copy when confirming travel dates.
8. Public Holiday Bookings
- All bookings made for public holidays are non-refundable once confirmed.
9. Schedule Changes
- Holiday Somewhere is not responsible for flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations by the airline.
- However, we will fully assist clients in obtaining the best alternative or resolution from the supplier
10. Visa and Other Travel Requirements
- Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date.
- Visa and immigration requirements vary by nationality and destination.
- Holiday Somewhere bears no responsibility for visa denials or immigration issues.
- No refunds will be issued for entry refusal due to non-compliance with immigration rules.
- Guests are advised to verify travel and visa requirements with the appropriate embassy or consulate before departure.
